Returns and Shipping Policy




We use Sendle for all shipping services. While they don’t currently offer an express option, the overall shipping services are fast and convenient with door to door shipping.

We aim to ship your purchase within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. As a small business, sometimes your shipping time might be a day or two later, but you will always be able to track your shipping after purchase. 


We are currently offering International Shipping to New Zealand, available through Sendle. Shipping rates will vary. We look forward to being able to expand into other countries in the future with reasonable shipping rates. If you are located elsewhere and would like to reach out about purchasing our products, please feel free to send us a message and we will look into it for you. 

International shipping is not inclusive of duties and taxes. Duties and taxes may be due upon receipt and based on local tax rates. Please note the buyer is 100% responsible for any fees. International orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive after they have shipped since all orders must pass through customs.

Please note: all orders will be delivered as authority to leave unless stated differently by the customer. This must be noted in the comment section at checkout. If we've received confirmation from the courier service of your package being delivered safely at your residence we are not responsible for lost/damaged deliveries.


Your satisfaction is important to us and we will do what we can to ensure you’re happy with every purchase. Please don't hesitate to reach us at if you are unhappy with your order.

Inher Alchemy does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Inher Alchemy.

Inher Alchemy will accept returns if a product is deemed faulty due to postage or manufacturing. For health and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns on used items. Inher Alchemy does not accept returns if you simply change your mind. Products on sale or promo items are final sale and will not be accepted as a refund or exchange. Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable in any form. 

Each order is lovingly checked before we ship it to you – but occasionally items may be damaged during delivery. For breakages or faulty items please contact us through email at  within 48 hours of the delivery of your purchase and send us a pic of your damaged/faulty item/s. Then send the product/s back to us within 7 days of reaching out to receive a store-credit or refund.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch. While we do our best to ensure that your crystals are secure in your candle, travel and temperatures can loosen them and they may arrive not in place. Rest assured this is not a faulty product, as we recommend removing crystals from the first burn anyway, however please do reach out and let us know if you have any concerns. 

For products deemed faulty or damaged: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note we do not refund international shipping costs. For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and is returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products but the shipping cost will not be refunded.
